One lady was helping me but she stopped to answer the phone and then help the 2 other guests, who got out of order and the last guy that walked in, left first. Then another employee finally came over to help me, only to get my order wrong (1 bagel) and then burn it afterwards. This took about 12 mins to get 1 bagel.
