- JBJason BrownDec 15, 20255.0I learned something recently: Not all Einstein Bros. locations bake their bagels fresh in store each morning. The ones that do have corn meal on the bottom of the bagel, which helps prevent the bagels from sticking to the tray while cooking. So corn meal is the sign of quality for me. Smaller Einstein locations that don’t have room to bake in-house get their bagels shipped in frozen. Those bagels don’t have corn meal. This location on Bell Road bakes the bagels fresh, and they were delicious. I would definitely go out of my way to visit this location again!

The guy that was making the orders, he was touching every single thing with his hands; the meat, bagels, appliances, register, LEGIT EVERYTHING. They also had baby roaches crawling on the counter, I legit can’t make this up. DON’T EAT HERE
