When the designated person arrived, they noticed my order was missing and informed the staff. The staff insisted the order was complete, so my coworker left. Shortly after, I called the store myself and was told the missing order was only then ready. It’s frustrating that the order took over 30 minutes past the scheduled time to be completed. I asked the staff to cancel my order for a refund. He said they couldn't complete it on their end so I would have to go online and figure out how to do it. This experience was disappointing, and I do not plan on ordering from this location again.
