  It was a busy day so I get that we can’t be attended right away. But the manager took my order and kept rushing me, wouldn’t listen to what I was trying to say and kept saying my order incorrectly because she was rushing me. And she had an attitude. Then when I got my order it was wrong, and I let her know that it wasn’t made correctly. She then gave me more attitude as if I was in the wrong. I told her exactly what I wanted but she kept rushing me so she was the one that got my order wrong because when I asked for the receipt I saw that she had rung up the order incorrectly. But tried to blame me for not “ordering correctly”. Instead of arguing with the customers and just accepting she was wrong, she tried to argue, and the worst part is I wasn’t even being rude I was calm and nice about it but she wasn’t having it. If this is who her employees have to deal with then I feel bad for them because I can tell that she is a problem.

  Check your bagel before you leave. Or just don’t go at all. If they consider this normal I’d worry for your own food. Visually I can tell that’s burnt, even though they try to hide it. Took one bite and honestly tastes terrible. Maybe someone likes it like that but that’s not cooked normally. And to feel comfortable handing that off to a costumer to walk out the door is strange. Don’t call to see what you can do about it. They probably don’t care about the quality of what goes out the door because they don’t plan to do anything unless you bring it back in. So I’m at work with this burnt thing warning you. At least look at it if you plan to go there. Because if you can’t go back, you’re out on money. And breakfast. And they really don’t care to give you stuff that looks like that knowing you’re not going to eat it there. Can’t do anything about it if you’re gone. UPDATE: I went through the link and did everything it said. Haven’t heard back, and it’s been quite a while. I’m not sure if the reply is to make it seem like they’ll make things right, but to clarify to you guys looking at my review, I’ve gotten nothing; no reply, no response. So.. I appreciate them reaching out, but at this point I feel like they want to SEEM helpful or caring. I honestly don’t care, but I’m doubling down on my review.

  We have a monthly catering order on repeat and always have last-minute orders that they always fulfill on time. They always take care of us. Thank you to everyone at the store.

  Daisy and her staff are superb, at least once a month I get bagels from their location for a company meeting and they never disappoint. I call in my order the day before and Daisy and her crew handle the rest. I am grateful for the courtesy and service they provide and my company appreciates the delicious fresh bagels, coffee, and OJ. I highly recommend using their app and catering. GLS appreciates you!
