The gal behind the register is nice enough but they always seem shorthanded in the morning. I had her run my bagels through the slicer and it only chopped off the top third of the bagel and sometimes at an angle leaving an awkward and unmatched two pieces. Besides that it's fine. Nothing to write home about

The GM needs to do better and show up to work on time. It's so insane how much this new GM changed this store for the worse. How can the owner be okay with this GM not showing up on time to work over and over again. Why not just open up at 7 am instead so the GM can get there in time so the store can be open on time.
