It’s causing an issue with the other customers at other businesses. People are having trouble coming in and out of the area due to the amount of cars waiting in ONE LANE! It’s great that you guys have a pick up option but change it to window only just like the other ones! It’s ridiculous & I’m not sure how the workers & owner does not see this!

Even with cars lining up to go through the rude staff was unable to just move a cone so all the cars stuck pass by to Walgreens I’m pretty sure that blocking that access is safety fire violation. Will be reporting this to the city
- EGerica GonzalezDec 19, 20254.0Dutch Bros has made its way to the top in my opinion. As much as I like to go to Starbucks, Dutch Bros is my go-to spot as I am a tea person. I am glad that they brought back the Cherry syrup because there's nothing like a green tea juice. The atmosphere is great. Sometimes it's a little more lively than you would want. The wait times here. Get a little ridiculous because it's hard to get into the parking areas and I don't think they really put a lot of planning into their drive-thru because it is difficult for larger vehicles. I would suggest you park and pick up as there's lots of curves and it's a little tight. It's very crowded and there isn't a lot of parking in the surrounding areas. If you do choose to go to this location, it's best to do the order ahead.

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
