All week, I’ve been using the Order Ahead feature at this location, and my order is never ready on time. I consistently wait anywhere from 10–20 minutes after arriving. That completely defeats the purpose of offering an Order Ahead service. What’s most frustrating is that the delays don’t appear to be due to volume, but to lack of urgency. I fully understand and appreciate that Dutch Bros employees are encouraged to be friendly and engage with customers — that’s part of the brand, and I usually enjoy it. However, there’s a clear difference between friendly service and extended personal conversations. On more than one occasion, I’ve witnessed multiple employees standing at one car, chatting, hugging, and socializing with what was clearly a friend — not a customer — while the rest of the line sat waiting. I’ve been parked with my kids in the car, waiting on drinks, while time just ticks by. When I’m already cutting it close to get to work in Tempe, being asked to wait an extra 10 minutes after ordering ahead is incredibly frustrating and has made me late more than once. This location is right by my home, which is the main reason I keep coming back. I want this to be my go-to Dutch Bros. But the service here has steadily declined, and at this point, it’s becoming unreliable. I’m asking for better time management and accountability. Friendly service should never come at the expense of efficiency, especially when customers are using a service specifically designed to save time. I hope management takes this seriously and gets things back on track.

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
