Sat in line for almost 45 whole minutes and then when I got to the window they didn't even have my son's drink in their system and then made his drink faster than mine! When I finally did get my drink, it was made wrong. I had to stop and get out of my car and gove it back. I Def DO NOT RECOMMEND. This location will definitely test your patience.

- ERember rainDec 17, 20255.0i had to post this, not for me but for my friend’s family members that had the most wonderful experience this past week at this dutch bros location. they came through as they often do it was so busy but my family member wanted his chocolate shake. and it’s his moms joy to do drive him to so. he’s blind and partly deaf in one ear. they finally get to the window and they are greeted by a warm smile and asked how they’re day is going. immediately his mom responds that they had a doctors appointment immediately the girl at the drive thru window looked concerned and asked if everything was alright. she said it was a checkup for a surgery the barista said she would be praying that everything is alright. she the asked her name and his of course he joked and said “shes a very pretty lady” the barista laughed and then said her name was bella. she said that names were important and she was excited to see them again soon. they agreed. such a sweetheart ! i absolutely love the vibe and love the dutch brings and it shows through the people they hire. ps im posting this for a friend who told me this story and i thought i’d have to share. i’ll def be ordering soon !

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
