I wanted to give it another chance, but honestly, no matter what time you go, they're always rude and unfriendly. They take forever with orders, even if you ordered online. I went in for a coffee and a cookie, and there was a girl there who had ordered online. She said, "I ordered 15 minutes before I got here, and I've been waiting for more than 10 minutes. That's 25 minutes already!" And the girl at the window answered her very rudely, and even told her, "Move away from the window. That's not going to make me serve you any faster. I'll call you when it's ready." I ended up canceling my order. I waited for more than 15 minutes, and the people who had ordered online also had to wait. Terrible service!

He talked to two people it seemed he knew while a line formed behind them and people behind me were complaining and telling him to hurry up. I understand dutch is supposed to be a friendly environment but as a food service worker myself, i know to prioritize service of other guests that are waiting over talking to your friends. it is sad that they do not. I watched my drink sit in the window while another worker had a conversation with the same people. I had to walk up and approach the window before the order was called.

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
