- MMMrBoston978Jan 31, 20261.0Since when did you allow your employees to eat a breakfast sandwich behind the counter in front of customers? Then proceeds to serve customers without washing her hands. This seems to be an issue across the valley at multiple locations as well. All the employees are either on their phone or lack connection with the customers as if they don’t want to be there. This needs to change. I will not continue to support this franchise with this lack of leadership and respect for the customers.

I like iced coffees with NO ice. This was never an issue before but today is the first day where 2/3 of my cup is GONE! They will NO longer fill the cup all the way to the top if you choose no ice. I'm sure for "less ice" they would probably give you a 1/4 missing as well. This is ridiculous the way that companies raise prices but still find way to skim off of you some how. Will probably delete my app after spending the rest of my money on it and never return. Staff was still nice. 😔 What a shame.

I have stopped 3 times during last 2 months and it was always sold out. By thw way they were out of croissant couple times to along with the bagels. I don't wan't to stop here anymore and test my luck. There is no easy car exit from this coner and I stop just to get a donut sandwich. When it is not there the only thing I do is to try to get out from this busy corner, waiting on busy traffic lights to get to the right direction. Very disappointing.
