I am sick of fast food restaurants requiring this and she told me that I sucked because I didn't want to pull forward for the next person she told me it sucks that you're like this. And all I ordered was a bacon jam sandwich absolutely horrible service. Update: They burnt my sandwich in retailiation. So I paid $17 for a medium drink a burnt sandwich 10 munchkins and to fight with two of their employees. &btw, got my food before everyone they made pull forward. Message to Drive Thru everywhere: YOU'RE DRIVE TIMES ARE NOT OUR RESPONSIBILITY! IF WE WANTED TO WAIT FOR IN THE STORE SERVICE WE WOULD HAVE PARKED OUR CARS AND WALKED INSIDE! Never coming back.

Very rude, some young girl with red hair.. once I figured that she was just not going to be nice about my order I pulled up to the window and asked for the manager. The manager was very nice and professional, but the worker was still yelling from behind her. That is not customer service I go here every Sunday and the times before the customer service was excellent till I came across her. Very rude,I think I'll take my business across the street to Starbucks from now on. Shame.
