- EKElena Kloeckner3 days ago2.0The food is great. Coffee good and breakfast sandwiches are on point. But the lady behind the register soured my experience to the extreme for this specific location. My work partner and I are out and about freezing cold this morning and stop in to get some coffee and a bite to eat. My partner asked this lady about the protein coffee I guess there was a miscommunication cause my partner meant she wanted it hot. After we both order I notice the lady making our coffees and she is making a hot one and an iced one so I point out to her that my partner needed a hot coffee because it is freezing outside. And the lady was incredibly rude stating that she said iced so that's what she is getting. To top this all off hearing her making fun of a homeless woman with her coworkers and them all laughing was unprofessional. I am an Outreach Specialist so my opinion on that may be biased but I feel like that was very unprofessional of them to do in front of customers. I will not be returning to this location at all.

The line worker asked if we wanted a hot coffee, or a latte, apparently forgetting that Dunkin serves Hot Latte's, or that they can even be Hot at all.

They They were all doing something but totally ignoring us and then finally when I guess she heard us saying that we have we’re not being greeted she said are you ready? Yes we’re ready. That’s what I said, but they were not polite at all. Very bad customer service.
