  The girl at the drive thru window Hispanic girl with the blonde hair needs a different job maybe one where she’s isolated just her cause apparently she hates people and hates socializing and being friendly ! I pulled up to the window she blankly stared at me like with her face tryna say “what do you want ?” She just kept giving me a dirty look didn’t greet me or at least a have a nice day gave me my donuts and turned around and walked away . Like dang maybe some more customer service training or something .I should’ve read the reviews before coming here 😭 apparently I’m not the only one who’s had a bad experience! Never Again !

  A HAIR IN MY DRINK!!! none of the works have hair caps and now we’re swallowing hair in our drinks 🤬

  Decided to give Dunkin another try after multiple bad experiences- this was a new location & I arrived maybe 10 min before 7am; there were 3 employees working who all looked at me but did not say a word. About 10 min later the furthest employee working at the drive through window finally said she’d be right with me. If my hot coffee would have tasted the least bit decent I wouldn’t have minded the unwelcoming/ unfriendly service, but it was terrible & yet again not a great experience overall
