Never had a bad experience until I had an interaction with this one particular employee. Nora the manager was nice though.
- MBMO BDec 26, 20251.0That’s it!!! I’m over the place messing my order up!! Pull to the window coffees don’t have whip cream like requested and confirmed! Had to ask them to add the whip. She says nothing, but ask for my card again it didn’t scan correct. Second the food itself is incorrect after being charged more for the sausage to substitute bacon I get bacon no sausage, but receipt shows they sure do know how to charge for it! I’m tired of wasting my time and money going there getting home and order incorrect. Last week like this and kid you not the prior week. Fool me once. Shame on you fool me twice shame on me, but three times and it’s a problem!! And if I go old school and take my time to look at my order to make sure it’s correct at the window they get pushy!! I’m over this place! Moving on!!!
