I've been to this location twice both times are ordered coffee second time I order coffee and then a bagel sandwich I didn't really care for the bagel sandwich that much, both times I received help from the employees as far as what kind of coffee because I wasn't sure and phenomenal customer service very helpful and the coffee was amazing I'll definitely be back

Pretty clear order that I said in the drive thru. Ordered a Matcha Latte and two glazed blueberry donuts. As I’m pulling away from the sign it had blueberry shot instead. Corrected the woman and I only got one donut instead of two plus a nice blueberry shot in my matcha. Didn’t even get a receipt to even correct order once again. Don’t even bother with Dunkin locations anymore service at every place is like pulling teeth.

All I got was a bad attitude from Stephanie at this location. I ordered a brown sugar shakin’ espresso & she didn’t make my drink how I ordered it. Never had a bad experience until I had an interaction with this one particular employee. Nora the manager was nice though.

That’s it!!! I’m over the place messing my order up!! Pull to the window coffees don’t have whip cream like requested and confirmed! Had to ask them to add the whip. She says nothing, but ask for my card again it didn’t scan correct. Second the food itself is incorrect after being charged more for the sausage to substitute bacon I get bacon no sausage, but receipt shows they sure do know how to charge for it! I’m tired of wasting my time and money going there getting home and order incorrect. Last week like this and kid you not the prior week. Fool me once. Shame on you fool me twice shame on me, but three times and it’s a problem!! And if I go old school and take my time to look at my order to make sure it’s correct at the window they get pushy!! I’m over this place! Moving on!!!
