Customer service was extremely lacking. There was little urgency, minimal communication, and no sense of accountability from management. Instead of addressing concerns or improving the situation, the manager appeared disengaged and indifferent, which only added to the frustration of an already poor experience. As a customer, I expect basic professionalism, responsiveness, and respect—especially from management. Unfortunately, this location fell far short of those standards. Leadership sets the tone for the entire team, and in this case, it clearly reflects in the service provided. I hope corporate takes note and provides additional training or oversight, because this location has the potential to be better, but current management is a major issue.
