When my grandson arrived to pick up the order at the scheduled time, he was advised that they did not have anything that we had ordered and that he would have to chose from what was left. The employee had an attitude and did not give him the option of a refund. So we received $45 worth of stale, gross donuts which I did not serve my guests. I have written to the Customer Care line and was advised that a higher up would be contacting me. I have not heard from anyone. I was hoping that they would attempt to make this right, however their management appears to support this sad and pathetic service. Edit- I have heard from the manager. She was very apologetic and advised that orders placed on the website do not get sent through to the store until 15 minutes prior to pick up time. Yes, that is a problem. However, I don't think that I was the first person that it happened to and probably should have received some sort of a warning. I also can't help but wonder why Dunkin staffs a store that doesn't have adequate amount of fresh donuts available. The manager did provided us with a gift card for 75% of the order and that was appreciated but it sure put a damper on our evening.
