I handed the lady my card, and she held out a machine asking for a tip. Tip? What am I tipping for, ordering a cup of coffee, and preferring to go to Dunkin' Donuts? The coffee is good but tip practices have gotten out of hand. I will not tip going thru a drive-thru.

Also seeing how they were focusing on uber eats or doordash orders instead of the ones already ordered is wild. Then when asked twice about my order, they didn't even start it. The customer service from the cashier was horrible as well.
