Despite ordering the same drink for YEARS, today they decided that "less ice" means "less coffee", and my drink was like 15% empty when I got it (see photo). After asking if they could top it off, I was informed that this is how they serve it since I got it with less ice. Apparently this is a new thing because I have been ordering with less ice for literally years with no issues. I just can't stomach paying nearly $5 for a coffee and getting a not-full cup, and between this and the fact that my drink is wrong like 1 out of 5 times, Dunkin has lost a (previously) loyal customer.

After waiting too long, finally got the attention of one of the 2 employees who confirmed they only had decaf or vanilla coffee pods. No sale. Wasted trip.
