They have a sign saying "Please be patient with us......" that ends with an exclamation point. An exclamation point means YELLING! Which means they are yelling at you to be patient. They people were not smiling, not even close to showing thanks for coming in we appreciate your business as that is why we get paid. If you don't like your job go get a new on.
