  I originally Wrote a three star review , but after going back this place is terrible I ordered a beverage.. a simple coffee.I wanted it blended And I do know what they did, but they're Were still big ice chunks in my drink when there shouldn't be, they should be all crushed up.Hence, the reason why I asked for blended, they also got my order wrong.I ordered a medium , and they gave me a small also As the lady was making my drink, she didn't have gloves on and her fingernails were Notice.\nAbly dirty and it did not look like she washed her hands which made me very uneasy about drinking my beverage.I ended up throwing it away because of that because I don't want someone else's fingers in my food🤢 That are not clean also When I was useing the bathroom , they were out of soap toilet paper and pretty much everything , Overall i do not recommend this place anymore.I don't know what happened in that two month time span that I went last time , but now You are. Lucky to get good quality foods. I highly recommend going to a place like Dutch Bros or another local coffee shop, places where they actually make good drinks, and they actually have good sanitary measures.

  In the last two months, every time I go in there, they are very rude. I went in last week and my coffee tasted horrible almost every single one of their staff. There’s an older lady in there that is always so rude. I want to ask her why she works there if she’s so unhappy do not recommend this location unless they replace people That are working now

  They have a new crew, but still care less about customers. Today, they filled up my medium iced coffee with so much ice you couldn't put a straw in. I asked for a new cup and dumped the coffee into it, then asked for just a little ice. This is what I have now because she didn't want to fill up my cup since the ice/coffee ratio is strict and Dunkin can't afford to give adequate coffee amounts. Update - as I sit here another lady had to ask for her cup to be filled up because they didn’t fill the coffee up to the top. Yikes

  I was there 12/14/25 at 7:03 am, I ordered a hot chocolate and donuts. Donuts were good but hot chocolate doesn't taste like hot chocolate, looks like and smells like they mix it with green tea.
