- MLMark LombardiNov 17, 20251.0Do not go to this location. The manager (blonde frizzy haired woman) treats her employees and customers with an aggressive and hostile manner. A simple and resolvable issue this morning became a full fledged scene because she wanted to yell at both us and her employee. I would give the service at this location 0 if that was an option. Because she humiliated us as paying customers and she has an abusive attitude to her employee, I filed a complaint with consumer care. Go elsewhere, I have never had a Dunkin manager speak or act this way in decades of going to them since we lived in Boston. Crazy if she is the franchise owner. We were charged twice due to her refusal to look into a simple issue so we will be seeking a chargeback for the duplicate order.

The reason it earns three stars though It's because they're always out of something.I don't know if it's the time I Go to To the restaurant but they're usually out of Something. Four The beverages or something else. Besides that, everything about this restaurant is great. And if Anyone goes I highly recommend trying The blueberry breeze Refresher With lemonade or ice ,te Because it's very good😀
