You can't just order the pizza you were promised—you are forced to buy additional items you didn't even want just to use the coupon. • High Fees: On top of the extra food you are forced to buy, they tack on a $5.99 delivery fee. I understand that delivery drivers need to be paid, but if a company offers you a free reward, it should be exactly that: free. Forcing customers to spend money to meet an arbitrary delivery minimum, plus a steep delivery fee, completely defeats the purpose of the promotion.
