After an hour with no food, we called and were told the driver left at 2:35 pm and delivery could take up to 40 minutes. By 3:35 pm—still nothing. Called again and this time they said they didn’t actually know when the driver left. After being put on hold, we were told our order had been canceled… and no one could tell us who canceled it or why. Over an hour wasted waiting for food that was never coming. We understand being busy, but this level of disorganization and lack of communication is unacceptable.
