  Yuck. I didn't order burnt cheese on my Philly, it burned so bad, cheese just peeled off.

  Our order got sent to the wrong address and just said delivered in our app even tho the address is correct on our app so we called and on her side it was wrong when she read it back I told her all we wanted was our food and we were trying to figure out how to solve this since they already took our money and she kept trying to argue and insisted it was our fault when we used the app exactly how we should have and instead of solving things and communicating with the driver and handing things processionally she said she cancelled the order and kept hanging up on us…. we tried walking over to the other address to pick it up ourselves so we called back and asked if it would be there and she said the order was sent back for not having an apartment number and said she cancelled it and we have to place another order then hung up on us (Remember the address is correct with an apartment number in our dominos app) we tried calling the store back to place an order over the phone since we used the app correctly and it wasn’t sent to the correct address because she said we needed to order again and instead of taking our order the girl repeatedly hung up over and over until they eventually started blaring and sharp static noise into the phone… Ive worked At domino’s for 2 years in the past and this is the most unprofessional I’ve ever experienced… Thanks for a great end to Valentine’s Day Dominos… hopefully we get our money back since I know we aren’t getting our food…..

  75 minutes and still no pizza. Mid-afternoon on a weekday. Don't bother ordering from this one.

  The reason I'm giving a five-star review tonight is because of an employee named Hank.. I almost did not go to this location because I was treated poorly before on the phone when I tried to call to talk to the manager about an order that was messed up.. I couldn't get through to the manager.. the person answering claimed to be the manager but refused to give a name when I asked.. so I just discontinued to call.. no reason the person shouldn't have given me a first name because I was calling up very politely.. but I decided to go ahead and try again because it was close by.... I've had kind of a rough week and he made it better because he was so nice so considerate.. his customer service is excellent.. if I owned a business I would ask him to come and work for me... thx. For having such a good employee working for your company. I did order a cheese pizza delivered promptly curbside.. I do not eat meat for kindness reasons.. and bit into a piece of meat that shouldn't have been on the pizza.. and that does make me sad.. and it's not the first time that it's happened with Domino's Pizza.. however the rest of the cheese pizza did taste pretty good.. I've heard people say they've left one star on other comments for other businesses because it wouldn't let them post a zero but quite honestly because of Hank if I could post seven Stars I sure would towards his excellent customer .service
