All the pizza was burnt , not well done, we talking burnt burnt! My question is, how did these make it out the location? Someone took these out the oven, put them in their box and thought, good to go? Called the location to come up with a resolution to our problem, nothing but a huge headache. They wanted us to bring the pizzas back to the location for a refund or to be remade.. was given a time of 1.5-2 hours till they could be remade, wouldn’t make sense for us because the party would be over. After speaking with 3 different people at the location, we were told they would have a driver come pick up the pizza so we could get a refund. We missed the call from the driver and the location when they pulled up to pick up the pizza (at an event venue), it was a super busy because we were hosting a big birthday party. We called back both numbers a few minutes after missing the call and nobody picked up either number. Quality control must be an issue with this location, insane these even made it out the front door. Needless to say, we won’t ever be using Domino’s again.
