Inconsistent in quality and delivery: Quality: each time is different - crust, toppings and cooking literally vary with each order. We can work with it as it isn't bad - just not always what is expected. It is also often cold for delays... Delivery: I gather from what I have contacted the store that there is often only 1 driver. Almost every order heads down south to the Hilton and is there for long periods of time (I am sure this is lucrative, dropping off multiple orders), then heading all the way back up north to where we are in the Slope/NC Heights. We will see a first estimate with delivery @ 10 mins - then the driver will head south and suddenly our order is now 40+ mins later. I'm not sure why the app does not opt to place us at Dunlap, since the resort is drawing so much business - both are pretty much equidistant and Dunlap, for sake of lights, would actually be faster for drivers. Our order is usually 30 bucks, we give a 10 tip every time - so you can rule out retaliation related to that. We are 6 mins from the store. The product is pretty solid, it seems to hinge on what is going on with the store for prep & driver where final quality is concerned.
