- MTmckenzie traderFeb 3, 20262.0I was asking the very nice cashier if they had birthday cake flavor (she looked like a teenager with pink hair) and she was a little confused, turned around and asked her manager her manager then tells me we have birthday cakes in the freezer, referring to the ice cream cakes, i then rephrase the blizzard flavor and the manager refers to the cake’s again not listening then the cashier who was nothing but sweet tried to correct her about what i wanted she proceeds to lift her hand and shush her very rudely in front of us. The manager did not seem nice to employees at all

I went to this one on Union Hills tonight and not only did they get literally every item we ordered wrong (3 items) but the fries were gross and my dog even refused to eat them. (Fries are her literal favorite food) very very very disappointing. The guy at the window couldn’t even hear me at the window so no wonder he got the whole order wrong on the headset.

You are paying for vanilla ice cream with tiny little taste of candy. I have reason to believe they might just be stingy with the reeses peanut butter cup because my kids don't seem to complain about their candy portion. The last 5 times I've been here this has been the case. I need to stop holding out hope.
