- JPJim Patches6 days ago1.0Is it worth loosing a customer over a drizzle of chocolate? I ordered a moolate with no whipped creme, but when I got it there was no chocolate drizzle on top. I asked why there was no drizzle and the kid said that's how they always do it if you don't want whipped creme. If that's Dairy Queen's policy it sure makes the company look cheap, trying to get away with using as little ingredients as possible. Or is it just laziness? I'll help you save some chocolate drizzle by not ever coming back!!

We were trying to pay for one ice cream so that she could redeem her free ice cream after that and he said that's not how it works you need to read things more carefully. Play told him that we were scanning for the points first and then we wanted to get the birthday gift after and he refused to help us with it and was extremely rude.
