  I am highly disappointed in the blizzard ice cream cake that I purchased. I bought a 10 inch cake for my daughters birthday after paying, she opened up the freezer and told me to pick a cake. We picked Oreo cake and I proceeded to hand it back to her for Decoration, purposes. She said that cost more. I said are you serious that’s not what it shows on your display and even Baskin Robbins decorates the cake. I was stuck in a hard position because I already paid for the cake and now she expected me to pay more for her to put on the Oreo toppings and chocolate drizzle. Now I know times are tough, but that is false advertisement and bait and switch. The cake was delicious, but the manner in which the deception is not OK.

  43ave andDunlap. I also had a very unpleasantexperienceat this location . The employee was extremely rude and unpleasant. And whats even worse is I believe she may be the manager. When I asked her her name she told me rudely , I said I was going to contact corporate and she became snotty and began talking smake saying oh tell them I said hi. Customer service is not what it use to be.

  10/10/25 around 10:30am Dairy Queen 43rd ave Dunlap I’m writing to express my concern about a poor customer service experience I had this morning at your drive-thru. This morning I visited your drive-thru to order a Blue Raspberry Misty Slush for my son. When I arrived at the window, The woman handed a Blue Raspberry Freeze instead. I politely informed the employee that this was not what I had ordered. However, instead of helping to resolve the issue, she insisted repeatedly that it was what I had asked for and that I should “pay attention to my order.” Her tone was rude and argumentative, which made the interaction unnecessarily unpleasant. Despite already paying, I told her I was fine with paying again if needed, and asked if I could get the Misty Slush. She then went inside and came back to say the Misty machine wasn’t working. While I understand that mistakes happen but the way this situation was handled was disappointing. A simple apology or willingness to help would have gone a long way. Instead, I was met with attitude and blame. When I asked for her name, she refused to give it to me. Additionally, I was not given a receipt, which I find unacceptable, especially after making a purchase. My young son, who was in the car, was visibly upset and frightened by the confrontation. Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this location. I hope this feedback can be used as an opportunity to improve customer service training. No one should be made to feel at fault for a mistake they didn’t make, especially when trying to resolve it calmly.

  Possibly the WORST DAIRY QUEEN location to go to ever! The staff is horrible. The place has roaches. Runned by teenagers who don’t give a damn to make sure your order is correct the first time. The manager is never available. No public restrooms. They don’t even have water on the tap. Refused to give water for a paid order.
