    The lady that checked us out was very polite and friendly but the you have the other female and male employees that were just watching us eat our food the whole time and I don’t know if it was because we had paid with food stamps or what but she had the need to tell us we were only allowed to stay for 30 mins. I would appreciate not being watched next time while I try to eat my paid for food

    This Dairy Queen doesn’t even deserve one star. The Customer Service is the worst that you could ever get from any Dairy Queen. All the years the Dairy Queen has been in business and this woman that claims she is the owner. Eric Lopez is doing them a disservice by the way, she treats her customers. I too just as a customer that put a review in a month ago had a bad experience with her through the drive-through. We will never ever go to that Dairy Queen at 43rd Ave. in Dunlap ever again.

    Employees are rude. Messed up my order and then the manager wants to get smart and loud with you when you ask for it to be corrected. No wonder dq is slowing dying off. Horrible customer service and Employees!

    Stopped here a week ago and greeting by smiling faces and prompt service. The place was clean and it was nice just to sit and relax while eating our ice cream. The s’mores blizzard was fantastic! Keep up the great work and service, we will return!

    I am highly disappointed in the blizzard ice cream cake that I purchased. I bought a 10 inch cake for my daughters birthday after paying, she opened up the freezer and told me to pick a cake. We picked Oreo cake and I proceeded to hand it back to her for Decoration, purposes. She said that cost more. I said are you serious that’s not what it shows on your display and even Baskin Robbins decorates the cake. I was stuck in a hard position because I already paid for the cake and now she expected me to pay more for her to put on the Oreo toppings and chocolate drizzle. Now I know times are tough, but that is false advertisement and bait and switch. The cake was delicious, but the manner in which the deception is not OK.
