I'm coming from the Atlanta Georgia area and every time I visit here for work I have to order from City of spice. This is the first restaurant I ever tried chicken 65 at and no other restaurant I've tried it at since can compare to this. The texture, the flavor, everything about it is absolutely delicious. Even the color is not your normal chicken 65 color. And the biryani is just as impressive. I always get the lamb. Packed with flavor and not just "heat" but actual spice (there's a difference).

The waitress/ hostess was quick to seat us and take our order, she offered suggestions for an appetizer (Gogi Manchurian) and it did not disappoint, I could eat that for a meal! The flavors were on point, and the naan were fluffy and buttery. The curries were rich, well-spiced, and tasted authentic. The only downside was the desserts (ras malai and rice kheer), which were well below average. The kheer had mashed rice that tasted odd and wasn’t pleasant.

Whomever is at the front counter becomes the face or representative of the company and he did a poor job of setting a pleasant atmosphere for us. He's very confrontational and does not exhibit the ability to communicate with customers with humility and understanding. Before enjoying any restaurant's food, the customer service is always the number one element of importance.
