  The food is not good compared to other chipotle locations.It always tastes horrible and just wrong.They totally skimp you out. The service here sucks!! There’s an obviously new worker as i’ve never seen him before who was trying to give us an actual good bowl and then the other rude teenage girl came over told him not to put that much and had a rude tone to the obviously new kid. He seemed so sad and scared after it was a hard watch. They seem to always be running low on food and drinks. I’ve been here a bunch of times since opening and the rude workers always seem annoyed to be taking my order every single time. This could be an amazing location if they figured out the situation with the workers and taught them how to actually make and serve food!

  18 year old Manager of was wrong and over charged me. I had to pull up the website and show him… literally said.. okay… and just starred at me.. no refund or empathy no clue. This is the worst Chipotle. 2nd time coming to this location and was a horrible experience.

  This Chipotle has some cool peeps working here. Most of them look young but they get the job done, and they seem to always pack my burritos Thiccc{just right}. Great for when I didn’t have enough time to prepare my lunch for the next work day. All in all, they’re Professional, Fast, and Very Welcoming~ all the Staff on the Line when I Visited!

  As another review said, I recommend staying away from this location…… you would think they would be trying extra hard as they’re a new location but NOPE. I was super excited the chicken Al pastor was back so we went to this location instead of our regular location that is closer. Once we got home I immediately could tell it was burned and hard as a rock and looked NOTHING how it normally does. my husbands burrito and my bowl were ruined. He went back and asked for them to be remade and when he asked for steak instead the manager cut him off and said NO he could not do that since it cost more. Ummmm well we had to drive back because of your guises mistake???? So he would only allow him to get chicken as it is the same price. We didn’t even mention his disgustingly salty the chips were, they were inedible. Just extremely disappointed, in not only the food quality but now the male manager acted. We will not be back to this location.

  This new location has mastered the art of "the skimp." I was served a pathetic half-scoop of steak, and when I called it out, I was shut down with a robotic "4oz only" excuse. Even asking for more cheese resulted in a literal, insulting pinch. To make matters worse, the steak was an absolute salt bomb. Scott Boatwright recently claimed that Chipotle is a "premium brand" for households making "$100,000 or more." If that’s the case, start acting like it. Forcing "premium" earners to pay full price for half a bowl of salt isn't a business strategy it's a joke. Absolute failure of a rollout.
