SO SAD.
Today I had a disappointing experience at this location. I went in after the gym, simply trying to order food like any other customer. I am currently working on improving my English, so while placing my order I mixed English and Spanish, doing my best to communicate clearly and respectfully.
While I was ordering, I overheard employees making comments in English and laughing among themselves, seemingly mocking the way I was speaking. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional. Regardless of language barriers, every customer deserves to be treated with respect.
I am not looking for conflict, but I do believe it is important to address situations like this. No one should feel embarrassed for learning a language or for making an effort to communicate. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and reinforces the importance of professionalism and customer service.

I've heard that serve small portions of protein on your order, there were 6 pieces of steak and jam packed with rice. The worst part is the taste, no flavor, it taste bland. Not sure why I even tried it 🤮.

Food was good. Buty I hate the hurry up and eat then hurry up and get the hell out music. Music is fast. Pace And uncomfortable to listen to.
Is any one else beside me getting tires of having to ask for code to wash my hands or use the restroom. Terrible restaurant won't come back.
