The last two times we ordered food here, they screwed something up, time before last putting cheese on my burrito, (something I cannot have, which was NOT listed as something I wanted on the burrito). That was back in December. Gave them another shot last night, ordered two burritos on the app and they screwed up again. Rather than our order of two burritos, they had our receipt stapled to a big bag of someone else's food. Totally wasting time trying to get that sorted out and not getting our receipt to submit for the points for the order because of their screw up. If I hadn't previously managed a sandwich shop with a drive thru, that also took outside orders I might not understand how ridiculous this level of incompetence is, seriously though there's no excuse.
