I stand in the pickup line and not a single employee acknowledges me—they just glance over and keep going. I always end up having to call someone over myself. On top of that, I waited 30+ minutes for a pickup order that the app said was already ready. Meanwhile, employees keep making orders for people who just walked in, while pickup customers get ignored. The whole point of pickup is supposed to be faster, but I end up waiting longer than if I had ordered in person. Super disappointing.
