Half the time they shake the spoon so the scoop is not full. Whenever I get double meat one spoon will be full and the second spoon will be deficient. The Indian guy is extremely rude when I ask for a full scoop. Overall very frustrating and unpleasant experience. I tend to not have issues at other locations.

I would suggest this location out of all for the north Phoenix area. The Asian and Hispanic staff are far better workers than the entitled staff in Anthem.

I’m honestly shocked by how much things have changed. First off, I asked for an extra scoop of salsa, something I’ve always gotten without issue in the past. This time, I was told there would be an extra charge. Since when did a small scoop of salsa become an upcharge? That was just the beginning. When I asked for some salad dressing, the employee was extremely rude, insisting it was already in the bag. However, when I got home, the dressing was nowhere to be found. It’s frustrating when basic customer service feels so dismissive. The worst part? I received a tiny half scoop of meat on both my entrees, despite asking for a full scoop. When I politely asked for a bit more, I was met with attitude, not the usual helpful service I’ve come to expect. Lastly, my salad had about 10 pieces of lettuce. When I asked for more, I was told it would be an additional charge. It feels like everything is now an upcharge what happened to getting a proper, satisfying meal without nickel-and-diming the customer? It’s really disappointing to see this location that I have supported for so long go downhill. I’m not sure I’ll be returning after this experience.
