  Don't get the carne asada. I had 2 quarter sized chunks of actual steak in the whole bowl, the rest was inedible fat. It's such a shame too because the flavor was fantastic (red chimichurri). My wife liked her chicken bowl but didn't finish it, which was lucky for me otherwise I would've still been hungry. I haven't been to Chipotle for a long time, though it is nearby, and unfortunately this visit did not win me back.

  The few times I have been to this Chipotle location over the past few years it has been the same trend…. About half the portion that you would receive at any other Chipotle I’ve been to. Then you ask for extra cheese/sour cream etc. and you get a tiny bit more. The employees act disgusted when you ask for a little bit more when these portions are pathetic. When you open the lid and the bowl is half full…. this location is pathetic. The standard has been set by every other Chipotle I’ve been to across the valley…you get good size portions, sometimes more than others but this location takes the cake after multiple visits with the same result.

  Completely rushed my order and then gave me a container of queso that spilled all over the bag as well as myself. There was a hole in the container. Thanks a lot

  This was my second really bad encounter with a particular employee at this location. Both times was the same experience so I feel inclined to write a review. I dont know her name, but the African American girl that works behind the counter and register is one of the rudest employees I've ever met. She didnt wear a name tag. She rolled her eyes multiple times at my wife and I just by simply ordering, and dropped the spoon aggressively when she would purposely go too fast to keep up with ordering. She would literally hit her hand on the counter when I didnt keep up and she wouldn't talk to us. I told the staff that she was rude and they apologized but I dont think much will be done about it. I told him "probably nothing new". He just stared blankly. When she asked what type of meat, I said both chicken and beef full portions for each. She acted confused, and then scooped full portion of chicken and the beef contained only had 3 or 4 small strips in it, so instead of giving me a full portion, she just put the 3 or 4 pieces in my bowl and aggresively slid the bowl down the line. For reference, those 3 to 4 pieces cost me $5.60!!!!On top of that, they underportioned my wife's bowl as it was smaller in size compared to her hand. When I went to get a refill, I saw her laughing and joking with employees, and as soon as she saw us, her face went deadpan frown and just stared. Its crazy how such a consistently rude employee could still have a job. She at least seemed to like the other employees just not customers. Twice now with the same person over a span of a few weeks. Attitude adjustment is really needed. Hopefully this review will change that.

  The dudes running this place are not on the ball. It's actually kind of entertaining to go there anyway if you're okay with waiting a lot longer and stuff like that. Because you can watch the dudes work in there checking out girls instead of taking out the trash or getting the next batch of chicken ready or all the other tasks required to keep a Chipotle ship shape. The food tasted fine although the chicken was a little burned.
