To begin with, they found the order we had placed 30 mins before picking up on a table in the back, but had made other orders that came through in the meantime. When we showed up a few minutes after the pick up time in the drive through, we told them what first and last name it would be under, then gave them two more first names with the same last name when they couldn't find it. They told us what they did have and one of the names is technically the first name for one of the people we listed (but they don't go by that and don't use that name except for official stuff), so we said yeah, it might be that. They handed us the order and then immediately walked away, not making sure it was correct. It was not, it had a completely different last name, but in the five seconds for us to realize it was not ours and started waving at them, they were gone. I spent the next almost 15 mins waving, honking, knocking on the window, and calling the store, while people were actively in that area and often times looking right at us. We finally got ahold of the receipt and finally went inside, which is when I learned the labels had been printed and set down somewhere in the back and ignored, though one guy swore he made it, even though the things he said he made were not what we ordered. This was an awful experience and only one guy (the manager? He's the one that found the labels) seemed to care about the situation. The guy I interacted with the most seemed clueless to what his job is and what he is supposed to do at Chipotle. We eat here once in a while as a treat because it's ridiculously expensive, but we might be finding somewhere else to splurge.
