I haven’t had any issues earlier, been ordering from this location several times since I have moved into Phoenix and from August 2025. I advise you to check the order properly while you’re filling it up.

He never smiled, never said hello, and when I said hi he just simply stared at me with a frown. The customers behind me walked up to him and it was the same thing just a frown no acknowledgment no thank you no nothing. Just simply rude! The rice was cold and the carne asada had a lot of gristle, just not a good meal for three tacos for almost $15. I will not be back! I can see why Chipotle is having Financial issues

He seemed down on his luck when he got hired but lately he seems to be doing much better! The food is always great and the service is speedy.
