I had a mobile order that was ready almost exactly on time (maybe a few minutes later but it was dinner time on Friday night so I can't complain). The service was great, multiple employees checked to make sure I had been helped and went to see where my order was in the process while I was waiting. The custom whose order was to be made after mine was pretty rude to the young girl with long dark hair who was working and she stayed calm and helpful. Portions were great and food was made perfectly. Keep up thw great work

So you’re telling me that the person who prepared it saw it and put it out for distribution? Then the people making the bowls look past the uncooked steak as well and serve it anyway? Where’s the manager who’s supposed to be checking the quality and temperature of the food ! Do better ! Th entire thing in the trash !

The was a homeless man sitting at one of the tables just staring down customers in line, every table and counter top is filthy with food debris and stains and the staff just don’t seem to care like it’s normal. I Have no idea where management is but it seams non existent. Most of the soda in the machine don’t work with sarcastic post it on the out of order sodas saying “you are not a winner” Food is okay. Would not recommend
