The food bar glass covering was dusty as ever like it'd never been cleaned and the staff not only took forever to greet me but then were completely in their own world so customer service sucked. Now I'm back at opening thinking it'd be different because everything should be fresh and refreshed but no. They open at 10:45 but there's a group of us at the door waiting and the only thing done inside is the drink station. They're still setting up the grill and food bar/serving station. No telling how long it'll be before they're up and running. I'm going to Cafe Rio because they would never do this. I won't be back to this location.
