I placed my order for my son and I and as I get to taking out the food at the bottom of the bag there is a piece of rat feces! When I go to complaint to the GM they’re in denial and want to give me a free plate to compensate. Like why would I eat there after that experience? Definitely do not take your kids to eat there because clearly their customer service and food safety lack.
