I come to this Chipotle Mexican Grill location all the time because it’s close to my job, and I genuinely love Chipotle—it’s one of my comfort spots. Today, though, my experience was mixed. The store was pretty busy, which I completely understand. I ordered a kids meal with tacos, but the gentleman helping me (a tall African-American man, I believe his name starts with an M) mistakenly made it as a quesadilla. When I pointed it out, he seemed visibly annoyed and said he would just give me hard tacos instead. He then put three hard tacos on the tray, even though the kids meal normally comes with two, and told me to “just tell them you want it like that.” I politely asked if I could please have soft tacos instead, but he ignored me completely—looked me straight in the eye with an annoyed expression and then moved on to help the next customer. That part really bothered me. I was already having a rough day and just wanted to treat myself to something small from my favorite place, so the lack of basic customer service was disappointing. I ended up asking to speak with a manager, and honestly, she completely turned the experience around. The manager (an African-American woman) was an absolute sweetheart. She listened, remade my meal exactly how I wanted it, upgraded me to adult-size tacos at no extra charge, and even offered chips, a drink, and guac. She was kind, patient, and professional, and I really appreciated how she handled the situation. Because I was taking the food to go, the hard tacos I’d already tried were crumbling and messy—like eating a tostada—so I was really grateful she fixed everything so I could actually enjoy my meal. Overall, I’m very happy with how the manager handled this and truly appreciate her compassion and customer care. I hope the employee involved can learn from this experience, because customer service is 100% the most important part of food service. I’ll definitely continue coming back, but I hope future interactions are handled with a bit more kindness and respect. This was around 1:40pm 2-18

I've been a regular customer at this store, but today I came to buy something and the guy cutting the meat was sweating a lot, and the sweat was dripping onto the cutting board he was using, and he didn't seem to notice.

My absolute 1st time ever at Chipotle, I was determined to give it a try. I'm not fond of anything spicy, so I ordered the chicken tacos with fajita veggies, some Pico. I could tell things were well made, but to my taste buds they seemed very salty, maybe overseasoned. Perhaps I'm just not used to it, but the restaurant was clean, the employees were so friendly, just not for me.

Missing half of my food and found a bone in our food. Customer service is a joke they offered me a free drink and chips. You cannot reach the actual store location to save your life. NEVER going back to this location.
