  Frustrated and disappointed. I’ve held back from complaining the first two times, but this is the third time I’ve ordered online, paid for extras, and didn’t receive them. To make it worse, they also got my protein wrong—again. If I’m paying for specific items, I expect to get what I ordered. Chipotle needs to take more care with online orders and respect their customers’ time and money. DO BETTER CHIPOTLE!!!

  I wish I could tell you how the protein tastes but they literally give you any, the first time I asked if I could get a little more, they literally charged me double chicken…. What?!?!

  Whoever was working the night shift today was extremely rude. I’ve never had any issues at this location before everyone’s always been so nice. This was my first time seeing the girl and guy with glasses who were working tonight. I’ve seen other employees before, but not them. I usually get extra cheese on my veggie bowl and it’s never been a problem. I told the girl that I wanted two to three handfuls but not a full hand full of cheese, which isn’t that much. she kept getting small amounts. So, I had to keep asking for more. That’s why I said “a handful,” so it would be easier. I’m not sure if she was trying to be funny or not, but she kept adding tiny amounts, like very small. I just let it go and didn’t say anything. But while she was doing that, she was also looking at the other worker and making faces, which was unprofessional. Then when I got to the register, the guy said, “Next time they ask for extra cheese, tell them no.” That was unnecessary, especially since it’s not like she gave me a ton of cheese — and there was plenty left in the container. If she had just given me two half handfuls, it wouldn’t have been an issue at all. Every other time I’ve come, it’s been perfectly fine when I ask for extra cheese. It’s not like I’m filling my whole bowl with it. I don’t even get meat in my bowl, so I really don’t understand the problem. The whole time she was making faces and being rude I was quiet. I only said something at the end when he said next time tell them no. It makes me uncomfortable and when stuff like this happens or when the person is making faces with the other employee. Mind you everyone else is always nice and it’s always different people I see. A manger for sure needs to have a talk with them. Maybe they were having a bad day but don’t take that out on me especially when I’m spending money.

  My friend took me out to lunch for my birthday to the downtown Phoenix Chipotle...we walked in together, I was wearing jeans, a Buffalo Bills T-shirt and a Izod sweater , wrapped around my waist due to 80 degree weather...the employee took my friends order , then he said it was for two, he was paying for me, the employee said I don't know if we can do this due to our policy on " panhandling"...she went to the back, came back with a manager and asked the manager what to do. The very low class unprofessional manager didn't say a word to me but said it was okay ..then she took my order, I don't know how Chipotle decided a low level food service worker gets to decide who is " panhandling", she didnt have good communication skills and tried to avoid my questioning about this .I am waiting to hear for Attorney Generals office to see if this level of profiling is legal or acceptable...to be fair, this has never happened at any other downtown Phoenix establishment, they are usually friendly and professional...

  Chipotle is my idea of fast food. It's actually food and it's fast. The workers speak without regard for any speed limits which makes it hard for old ears to make out what they say.
