We've been to our share of Chipotle's, and this one ranks #1. Unfortunately, I had to deal with their customer service due to my error. I had to make a phone call to their 1-800 service. THEY ARE THE WORSE!!! And do not attempt to call the store. The call is rerouted to the same ridiculous CS dept.

Their service line is very inefficient whereas they have one person doing one thing, and they don't cross over and do another task. So you have people standing around doing nothing, while one person is extremely busy.
