Ordered 2 sandwiches to get an advertised deal, but after waiting for the staff to slowly make her way to the register, I was met with the resistance of improper training and/or lack of caring. I was asked if I had an app so she can scan some coupon code. I told her I don't have an app and showed her the code on the company's website. Why would I download an app for a restaurant that I don't even know I'll ever come back to before knowing what the food tastes like? She stared at her register and insisted I need to download their app. At this point I walked away without any food as I had a hungry wife waiting in the car and a line of potential customers behind me. I guess I'll never know what their food tastes like because after this experience, I'm not going back.
