  I come to this CAVA all the time and Angela is honestly the sweetest. She’s always super patient and she puts my bowl together exactly how I like it every single time. You can tell she actually cares about the customers. The food is always fresh and the service is fast, but Angela is definitely the reason I keep coming back.

  I’m glad I finally got a chance to try Cava and I was not disappointed!! I’ve been craving it since! I visited the Camelback location as I was in the area, but I’m glad to know there’s one closer to my home. I can’t wait for my next visit to try another creation!!

  I had such a great experience at CAVA! The food was fresh, flavorful, and came out super fast even though it was busy. Everything tasted really clean and balanced — you can tell they care about quality. Also want to give a special shoutout to Bella — she was so kind and welcoming! She made sure everything in my order was perfect and had such great energy the whole time. You can tell she really enjoys what she does. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had at a CAVA.

  I absolutely love coming here, the food is so fresh. It’s a perfect fuel. I need after my workouts. The ambience is really good and the place is clean. The servers are always friendly, like for example today I spoke with Jorge and we had a good chat about the gym and weightlifting and he made my salad bowls just right. In the past I remember Ariana also and she’s very kind and attentive. She’ll take care of you! I couldn’t recommend this place enough and I tell all my friends about it.

  Okay, typically I order Cava online, I’ve normally done the chicken with avocado bowl and it’s very tasty. Today I ordered in-line. The girl who took my order was fast & efficient but didn’t even crack a smile. She almost seemed annoyed that I was ordering- because HEAVEN FORBID A CUSTOMER ORDERS SOMETHING AT YOUR ESTABLISHMENT. I ordered the falafel crunch bowl for the first time- it only had 2 small falafel on it. I asked if it came with any more- she curtly answered no and seemed annoyed that I even asked the question- again, I’ve never had this bowl before. Mind you the restaurant was not very busy at all- only one person behind me that I saw. So my feedback- 1) food is tasty no doubt, but customer service needs some work. A simple smile and willingness to answer questions kindly can go a long way. 2) $12 for a bowl with 2 measly, small falafel that aren’t even CRUNCHY? Come on are you serious?!- it’s a bowl of mostly rice, lentils and veggies. At the very LEAST put 3 in. I’ll never order this one again- if it was around $7 I would be more okay with the price: falafel ratio. The other bowls are a much better deal save yourself the $.
