The employee Gloria gave extremely small portions of everything, especially the rice — it didn’t even look like a full serving. When I politely asked for more like a normal portion, she told me I’d have to pay extra. I understand policies, but this felt excessive and unfair. I’ve never been served portions this small at CAVA before. Definitely not the experience I expected. Food was very yummy though.

I ate this Cava for the first time but I couldn’t eat in peace without the short thick Mexican young lady with the glasses staring down my face and laughing amongst her coworkers. I went to use the restroom and the tall slinky Caucasian worker with blonde hair I guess decided to follow to make sure I was safe, the entire vibe their was uncomfortable, childish and a bit racist undertone. The other locations have been great though.
- SSShaq SFeb 15, 20263.0Ordered a steak bowl with different veggies toppings. Food was decent. Packaging left a lot to be desired. Bowl was packed in an oversized bag, pita bread was just thrown in the bottom of the bag. Please have some pride in packing your takeout orders!
