I usually love CAVA, but this location was a huge disappointment, especially considering how pricey it is. I went today ( November 6 at 2:45 ) The manager (an older guy with semi-long hair and brown skin) was shockingly rude and unprofessional.
When I first walked in, a customer was having an issue with his order, and instead of handling it respectfully, the manager argued with him and told him to “be more careful next time.” That was already a red flag. Then, when it was my turn to order, the cashier had an attitude the entire time. She didn’t offer pita bread, and when I politely asked for it, she acted annoyed. I also noticed I was charged more than usual for my regular bowl, so I asked the manager why. Instead of explaining, he told me to “step behind the counter and look at it.” I had no idea what I was even supposed to be looking at.
The most unprofessional part came when I left and both the manager and cashier were literally staring at me and talking about me like it was high school gossip. Completely unacceptable behavior, especially from a manager.
This location needs serious retraining or management changes. CAVA should hold its staff to a much higher standard than this.

Had an awesome experience here, thanks to Sammy and Alexa! They were super friendly and made the whole visit great. Sammy helped me out with my order and made sure everything was just right, and Alexa was so nice and welcoming. You can tell they both really care about the customers and enjoy what they do. Definitely made my day. shoutout to them for the great service!
