    The employees here are so rude every single one of them I was almost going to walk out when ordering but wasn’t going to starve because of these rude employees especially the girl with the black glasses and yellow headband she should not be working behind a counter insane will never recommend this location or come here again.

    WOW! I always love coming to this CAVA location!! Alexa is always so kind and has the biggest smile on her face every time I walk in!! I love cracking jokes with her!! Yvonne always makes sure I scan my points and always asks about my day!! Talk about the best customer service!! Sofia is always so amazing and kind! When I see them, I know my day will be turned around!! I always look forwards to coming here because I know I’ll be taken care of!! They always let me know what’s new and recommend yummy combinations that I always LOVE!!!

    It was my first time trying CAVA and the woman with a septum was super sweet! She offered us free cinnamon pita chips as we were leaving and definitely made my experience memorable! I will be coming back! :)

    The food at Cava is always wonderful however the service absolutely never is. The location on Indian School almost always has rude employees. Today I sent my young sister in to pick up an order, and asked her to scan my app points to redeem a free drink I had. The manager said she needed to make purchase and could absolutely not get a drink, we did make a purchase and that’s what she was picking up. We online order to avoid the service, but somehow it was still an issue.

    $40 for 2 bowls of slop, 1 drink and 1 side of pita chips. Bowls werent even filled to the top. Theres an upcharge for lamb, hot chicken, avocado, all of which we werent informed of😭😭 Lamb was so so salty it made the whole bowl almost inedible. Service was standard. Staff was nice but i cannot justify these prices when Angies has bowls of the same (if not better) quality for half the price😭😭😭
