  I hate the fact that people always complain on review sites rather than ever list what is good about a place or service received somewhere. That said, I’ll start by saying I always leave reviews when I have a good experience; however, I must warn the community about the terrible experience I had at the Buffalo Wild Wings Go on Bell and 13th St. Here’s my story: I made an online order for me and my family this evening because we just moved in across the street. Be warned it is almost impossible to order your food correctly using this online app resulting in a bunch of dry sauceless wings. I’m not an unreasonable person and I am also not an idiot. although I was made to feel that way when I called back after receiving my order toask for a replacement on the wings. When you order online on the app, it shows the entrée choice to select first so I selected bone-in wings and then it asks for the sauce you want. Next, you get to select the side you want and it asks for the sauce or rub you want on your side. Next, you select your vegetable choice (carrots or celery), and the dressing that you want with the Vegetable and it asks if you want it on the side or on the wings. It absolutely, 100% appears to be asking about the vegetables and dressing ranch or blue cheese. As in, whether you want the carrots and ranch in the box with the wings or in a separate container/on the side. Furthermore it doesn’t say do you want sauce on the side, It just says “on the side or on the wings” right below the vegetable and dressing selection. There is no way that the majority of people in the world want their buffalo wings with the buffalo sauce on the side… have you ever ordered it that way? No! Because no one does. You end up with a bunch of dry sauceless wings. The order was close to 30 bucks so I called to ask if I could bring the wings back for new ones or at a minimum it would’ve been nice to receive more than a ramekin of sauce, which is probably the equivalent of what they would’ve used to cover two wings if they had been made properly. The lady who said she was the manager was like “no” stating “we cannot be responsible for you not paying attention when you order online” as if I am an idiots. But that was right before she admitted that other people make this common mistake. Does the rest of the world all agree that fast-food is too expensive to have it be terrible and to just have to deal with food that cannot be eaten. To add insult to Injury, I’m not sure if anyone’s ever worked in a wing kitchen before but all the wings already come precooked without sauce, they literally heat them up with the added sauce to serve them. They were dry and barely warm. I wish I could attack a picture. The wings look like they came from a frozen reheatable bag before you put the sauce on. It’s 30 bucks down the drain. Whatever happened to customer service? As I said earlier, we just moved in across the street and probably would’ve eaten at this place many times to come… But what do they care? Apparently they don’t. At least that’s how it sounded when I called.

  Ordered delivery through the Buffalo Wild Wings app tonight which got delivered by Door Dash. The delivery driver stole fries in my order and Sumaiya at the bdubs location kindly called Door Dash for me to get a refund. She said they've had several orders stolen in the the last few days so beware if ordering from Door Dash. Everything else in the order was perfect.

  The ladies working here are killing it 💯. Super busy on a Saturday night and they still greet you with a smile, hustling to get orders out. Food was quick and hot. Mango habanero 🔥🤤

  We tried to use a gift card but couldn’t cause they can’t split payment…annoying. My husband ordered me a burger no mustard but it definitely had mustard… annoying. We both ordered fries and added dry rub but got plain fries… annoying. Save your money and go somewhere else.

  Most employees at this location are dope. I had the unfortunate displeasure of meeting the general manager today, who refused to modify Asian zing to "sauce sauce", which isn't on the menu anymore but it's just Asian zing + sweet BBQ. Apparently a 1 star review is preferred to customer service
