    Music was so loud from a Bluetooth speaker in the back, the new girl couldn't even hear what I was ordering. Manager was too busy freaking out on the phone outside to help. Once I was handed my food, the new girl walked out. I was literally the only person in the establishment. The wings were WAY overcooked and the order we placed were opposite of what we ordered. Won't be back, and not even sure a regular restaurant would be worth it. Yuck!!

    Let me just start by saying I've never been to this location before so I didn't realize it wasn't an actual restaurant. Guess I should've realized by the name lol. Anyway, me and my oldest son arrived at 6:55. I was told there were only 2-3 workers there and there were 3 orders ahead of me. I needed a few minutes to look at the menu and my order was placed by 7:05. I ordered two fountain drinks and wasn't given the cups upon placing my order. I had to go back up and ask for them after a few minutes went by. It was packed with people coming and going to get their food. I waited 25 minutes before I got my order which was supposed to be dine in, and the woman at the counter still bagged it up as takeout. I even asked for ketchup twice before I left and was told it was in the bag and there wasn't. After the long wait, no ketchup, and my order being bagged up, I decided to leave and just eat at home. I probably won't return again, because I like the restaurant atmosphere, and this aint it. My food was delicious though and wings were not half sauced like alot of reviewers claimed. The woman at the front was extremely busy but nice, but they need to hire more workers for this location. Expect an extremely long wait!

    Very unimpressed with this location. Used to manage a Wingstop over in Louisiana so I am used to customer service and what is required. Walked in and a woman with purple hair(the manager) started to take our order. I wasnt familiar with the menu so I stood back and was looking to see what looked good. One of our friends took us out to eat, she is an older woman (50) who is very sweet. She had been waiting for us for a few minutes and when we got in purple friend informed us we weren't allowed to dine in, which wasn't a big deal. Our friend the asked the manager if we maybe could just for 30 minutes and the manager very rudely said no. Like she was talking to a child. I disregarded this as I assumed maybe she asked a few times and she was just having a bad day. Our friend said she wanted to try one of the burger things. We were then rudely informed they had a shipment come late and they weren't selling them. Our friend then asked what was available and the manager gestured wildly and said everything else. I can't really describe how rude it was over text. Our friend then asked what the manager thought she should get. The manager said anything she wanted. Our friend the turned to us very uncomfortable and let us know she didn't feel comfortable ordering. I told the manager we didn't want to order and our friend left the establishment. I stayed behind and got the name of the manager (Sabrina). In the entire exchange my friend was not rude a single time and never raised her voice but the manager did and was swinging her arms around wildly angry that we didn't know every item on the menu. I try not to write negative reviews but the service was so appaling I don't think I can go to another Buffalo wild wings. As I said earlier I was the assistant General manager to a wing stop in Louisiana and If I heard one of my employees treating a customer like that they would have been fired on the spot. Judging by the other ratings I doubt this review will even be seen nevertheless I hope this location can improve.
