Ordered 15 Honey BBQ wings through the BWW app for delivery. I get 15 Asian Zing wings. When I call customer service, they say call the store for a refund. I call the store, the employee says “oh you’ll need to get a refund” then proceeds to hang up the phone. I call back, “we can’t do the refunds you have to call customer service” I say “I did. They told me to call you.” “Oh you need to speak to the Gen. Mgr.” “Ok, is your general manager available, is he there?” “oh no, he’s not here.” “ok can I have his name and a number that I can reach him?” HE HANGS UP THE PHONE AGAIN. This is clearly the person who couldn’t differentiate Asian Zing from Honey BBQ and doesn’t want to take any responsibility for screwing my order up. Adding insult to injury I ordered carrots and celery I got 1 piece of celery and it was inedible. WHAT THE HELL DID I JUST PAY FOR?! I called their customer service back and now am waiting to speak to someone to get my $50 order after delivery refunded. Do yourself a favor and just avoid this BWW GO! If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Our order was hot & ready, perfect example of food service for a walk in order. GIVE THEM A RAISE! Definitely won’t forget this experience. Not to forget that the phone always gets picked up, appreciate the great effort.
