  Me quitaron de mi tarjeta un pago que yo no autorize. En este lugar el servicio es muy lento. No importa el día que vallas, la hora o cuantas personas hay. Se tardan una eternidad para atenderte y llevarte la comidida. Por la misma razón la última vez que fui solamente pague la cuenta y no deje propina ya qué el servicio fue muy malo. Yo pague con mi tarjeta, firme mi recibo y la mesera qué nunca fue atenta se agrego propina y me isieron un pago qué yo no autorize

  I’ve been here multiple times and never had an issue everything is usually ok but I was there not long ago and just noticed that the waitress decided to tip her self with out permission I didn’t get her name it was a girl in her 30’s she’s on the heavier side with dark hair…

  Came here with my roommate for the College Bowl games. Great area with multiple televisions everywhere to get a good shot of the games. Very casual, easy going atmosphere that is definitely catering to sports fans. Our server Jay was a rockstar - she was the only waitress working the floor as well as bartending, yet remained very attentive and was always there taking care of our table. As far the food goes, I had the mozzarella sticks with marinara sauce and 6 of their Blazing Knockout wings (the hottest sauce they offer). The mozzarella sticks were flavorful with a good cheese pull when you bit into them. The wings had a very good spice kick which I loved. Definitely only get this sauce if you’re a fan of heat. Unfortunately, they were criminally overcooked and hard on the outside. My roommate wound up getting the Bacon Smashed Hatch Chili Burger with fries and said it was good and he enjoyed it. Overall, a very good experience. The staff was awesome and the food was on par with what you’d expect from a sports centered restaurant/bar. If you’ve never been here, it’s worth checking out to watch your next sporting event.

  Ordered online- said time for pick up was 6:40pm - food did not come out until 7:08pm. Chicken wings were hot but all other food was cold. Said I would have to wait 20more mins. Amanda was not helpful at all. Refused to help. Was extremely rude and did not have any customer service skill We will never go to BDubs again whether it be in store or online. You guys are rude and slow and if you promise a 6:40 pickup time - you should prioritize that time. Five minutes give or take is excitable but 25 mins is unexpected. I ordered ahead. Spent $50 during the holidays and you guys ruined my Sunday night dinner. Shame on you

  They always have some great online specials. Portion sizes are decent and the online specials make it affordable. Very spacious and quaint atmosphere. The lighting is very relaxing. The stuff was really kind. Only reason I gave a couple of four stars was because the area that it is located in is not necessarily the best. There is a lot of homeless people in the area. They don't necessarily linger around the restaurant. They linger in the areas of the parking lot on the outskirts of the restaurant. It makes it difficult to access the restaurant. Otherwise Buffalo wild wings is a great spot to catch a game and a drink and something quick to eat.
