  Had to cancel an appetizer because entrees came out first. Have 3 kids and 1 of their meals came out after almost 15 minutes after the whole tables food. Had to cancel beers due to taking almost 20 minutes. Talk to the manager and his response was all he could for us was take off the kids meal. We were 1 of maybe 6 tables in the restaurant. Avoid this location and go literally anywhere else.

  Sat for 20 minutes with no welcome or any service at all. Checked with the staff multiple times for service and we're blown off. We're told bu one staff that "if the service was that bad why show up at all". Unfortunately the GM on site was not helping at all and did not offer any help and essentially sent us on our way. We were not expecting a hand out and that is fine but at least seat us with service. We understand it is very busy and service may be slow but to have not one staff member come and get us water is not right.

  I love BWW's, and I eat at their restaurants a lot. This location has something awful happening in the men's room. There is a smell of rotten chicken and raw sewage that permeates the entire restaurant. I don't believe it is safe to eat here, until it is fixed. It has been persistent for over a week and it is getting worse. The GM says it is a maintenance thing. Honestly, I think this is a biohazard, and it should be shut down until it is fixed.

  Dear Management Team, I am writing to report an uncomfortable and unprofessional interaction we experienced during our recent visit, involving an employee named Heidi. Her tone, behavior, and overall manner made us feel unwelcome and unfairly treated. The interaction felt dismissive and created a sense of discrimination, which was both inappropriate and concerning. As customers, we expect to be treated with basic respect and professionalism, regardless of background or appearance. This experience negatively impacted our visit, and I believe it is important for management to be aware so the matter can be addressed and prevented in the future.

  Wish I could leave 0 stars. Ordered a pick up order and paid online. Waited at the pickup desk for 15-20 minutes before I had to go to the kitchen door and ask for our order. Meanwhile there for multiple servers around, customers walking TO the server to pay their bill, a customer with a menu in his hand in LINE to talk to the server… I ordered 20 wings with 4 ranches and my sauce on the side. Food is not even hot, I have 1 ranch for 20 wings and NO sauce…. every time I come here I remember why I shouldn’t. 🙄
