  No help sitting. Waited at the hostess stand 5 minutes. The guests that came in afterwards were helped first as the hostess literally had to have me move out of the way. No help with getting a game on near me. Maybe 20% occupied. 15 minutes before a game. Absolutely no focus on customer service. Left. Huge disappointment.

  Ordered for pick up. Before we left, checked the bag and realized a wrap was missing. Person handing out the orders seemed like he was in a different planet. Got home and realized they gave us 4 wings instead of 6, in the 6 piece wing value meal. Horrible service and always something wrong or missing.

  I was at your store this past sunday..ordered a coors draft an winds..the beer was bad ,I asked my wings to be cooked 25 min. I waited an hour,got them home an they were NOT even close to what I asked for..called to complain an no one answered my call.. When I worked there this was unheard of..your place has gone 👎

  My husband, daughter and myself went to a late dinner because I had worked OT and got off late from work so it was around 6pm on 11/11. We got seared right away but shortly after, a whole crowd followed. Canyon was our server and he was bustin’ his behind and was polite, caring and apologetic then whole time. We felt sorry for him as it was obvious that some employees didn’t show up for work. If it weren’t for Canyon, the entire visit would’ve been terrible because the cheese curds were not good and very little amount compared to normal, the wings had little to no sauce on them at all which is why we came to get the mango habanero sauce. I understand service industry and I understand staffing issues myself as a manager so I understand there are a lot of factors why staff feel overwhelmed so that’s why we didn’t ask for a manager to comp. the side sauce or cheese curds but I needed to leave a review to express what a great job Canyon did.

  I placed and order tonight for wings with orange sauce. The wings had no sauce and they tasted like they were cooked in the early afternoon and sat in a hotbox the rest of the night. I paid extra for flats and I only got two. They didnt give me marinara sauce for the cold mozzarella sticks and it says right on the ticket on the top if the box marinara sauce. I called the store on Happy valley and after calling five times asking for the manager I finally get her on the phone. I could tell she didn't care from the beginning. Instead of helping me she tells me to call door dash. She may not have been able to refund my money but she cook have said im sorry sir the food is our responsibility can you stop by and get a gift certificate or something. No bad attitude. And teach the kids how to answer a phone in a buisness properly. Hell Buffalo wings how may I help you. Instead of a mummble hello buffalo wing life he is half asleep. I spent 44 years in kitchens starting from a dishwasher to the last 30 plus years a executive Chef. No excuses teach the basics, hot food hot, cold food cold , answer the phone properly and a manager should be expediting and double checking orders as they go out if the buisness. I payed 40 dollars for that disrespect. I would hope someone would reach out.
