  Dirty! Video evidence to show how dirty the “front of house” is on a slow Friday night. If the front is this disgusting, how does the kitchen look. I dare the owner to show a video of the kitchen… oh nevermind, even if they did show it, we all know it wouldn’t be an authentic showing of an average day back there. We left when we saw how nasty the front was. The bathroom smells like someone smeared actual urine on my upper lip. I’ve been in porta-potties that smelled better.

  Should be a zero. The person seating is was so unfriendly. It was not real busy at the time. Waitress came pretty quick but it got worse after that. Food came in parts. My brother ordered wings and fries. Fries came first, 10 minutes later the wings came. My other brother ordered a burger and fries. The burger came The same time as the wings but no fries. My burger came with the fries. Luke warm. My brother never got his fries. She did give us 15% discount, which did not make up for it. Never will go again.

  Would not recommend the Philly Cheese Sandwich...it was horrible, overcooked, bread was old, and cold. Picked up our order on time and the quality was terrible....wings were cold and had little sauce on them, no celery and ranch was wasted all over bag. Came in for pick up and there were a lot of workers in the back of the pick up area playing and eating. This was not the quality we are used to...save yourself the frustration. I would not recommend this location.

  I have been coming here for years. Always have had great experience. That changed tonight, I was trying to order something for pick up and it was incorrect. We tried to Call and let them know what was going on, but the gentleman that was answering the call would not have it. It would not even let us explain the situation. He hung up on us. We tried to call back. He hung up again. Don’t think I’ll be coming back here for a while

  Stood at the “wait to be seated” sign for a few minutes while countless employees walked by. The hostess was too busy hugging and saying bye to her friend that just got off of work. Finally came over to us and said just go sit by the bar it’s open seating. What good is a hostess then? Sat in the bar area and everything was a long wait. I’ll give credit to the bar tender she was the one person working but it’s too much for one person to deal with. By the time we ate and left, the main dining area was completely empty and the hostess and a few other employees were just sitting down chit chatting leaving the bar tender to serve the bar and all the tables (which had filled up due to the hostess telling everyone to sit back There)
