I go to a Bosa almost every night and order the same thing. This particular night I landed here. They charged me a $1 for a single pump of caramel which no other location has done it’s always 50 cents or free. Then proceeded to tell me she only charged me for one pump like she was saving me money. Then I got my sandwich and it was ham and not turkey. I would never order ham because it’s against my religion I even said it twice. When I went back in she seemed annoyed as if I did something wrong. Like no you aren’t listening.
The food is not cheap i spent $24 on just a meal for myself drinks, a sandwich and a donut and you think I’m the problem?
Won’t be back saving as AVOID

My sister who is an angel which is why it’s me doing this and not her, ordered donuts for her students. She was at work so realistically she couldn’t go pick up the donuts so her boyfriend went instead. Once he arrived and tried to take the order, he showed them proof he was a relative and even had my sister on the phone to confirm. The staff did not give him the donuts anyway, they where incredibly rude and denied everything he said, they didnt even try to understand and he was forced to eventually buy donuts for the students at another place. Spending about $200. That’s not everything… my sister tried getting a refund but that was also denied because apparently it is a “merchant rule.” wow, a merchant rule? What’s the rule? I have to physically be there and provide a dna test to confirm that’s my order? Was it so hard to understand that my sister wasn’t available probably because of work hours and she had someone else pick them up for her? Is there not enough humanity inside to consider a bit of leeway for such respected rule and just give the donuts to a relative of the customer? Cool rule, my sister lost $100 thanks to it. I hope the staff enjoyed the donuts that was meant for the students. Good day.

When I go through the drive through there is never an issue of ordering Taro AND coconut smoothie. When I placed my order on uber eats there is no option for that. So I placed the order for taro smoothie as soon as I placed it I called and asked them to add coconut.. the lady said they don’t have those flavors I said I know, but can you add coconut to it please. She said “we don’t do that here” then I said well. Every time I go through the drive-through. It’s fine. You guys always just disclaimer that if I don’t like it. I can’t refund it or return it. So then she’s like well. Let me go get your order, so she goes pulls my ticket and she tells me that the guy already made my order you. I literally called the moment. I placed that order, so I don’t know how smoothie and croissant breakfast can be done in less than a minute.
Lady just didn’t feel the need to help make one quick adjustment…
Needless to say I’ll just go out my way and start to order from boss on camelback cause this one always has shitty customer service….
Side note… Bosa can you add taro coconut please trust it will sell.
