  My family and I always love Barro's Pizza. Wherever we are home or at any family occasion, we would pick Barro's Pizza to order from this location and it will definitely bring happiness in our home. The thing is recently when I about to pick up my order and the service given by this girl is displeased which I never had any problem picking up my orders here... I ever waited for quite long for the spaghetti (me and my kids LOVE the spaghetti here), and I was asking her politely about how long it will take time and she answered aggressively saying, "I don't know, I am not the pizza maker!". It was a unprofessional attitude for a customer asking common question. And I can tell others staff are so nice in a professional way. Not to mention the first time I told her my order, it took her forever to check the order then I can see on the screen, it popped up the wrong orders (not my oders) while she kept typing. Another staff who was around her saw her confusion and helped her by showing her how to check an order. Then after sometime I asked her again, and she just spontaneously said that the order wasn't ready but the staff who helped her checking an order, whispered something to her by asking her to check it and how to do the checking at the kitchen (area behind the pick up/order counter). And she did that and came back right away with my orders and said that the order just ready with an attitude 🙄 As we love Barro's, we did orders frequently here. We ever placed the order with a pick up close to the closing time and the staffs there are kind and nice. But again, last nite on 11/5/25 around 8.30 PM, I was about to take out my orders and I met her again.. from the beginning when she saw me, her face got tense.. of course when I asked my order, she did that unprofessional attitude, again. Then after asking some verification questions with unpleasant gesture, she checked my order to the back area and came with my orders and she handed to me. I asked her if I can get cutleries since I never got them recently and she said that it will be provided when requested and I said, yes I requested them. And she gave me the cutleries like throwing them on the table then leave. Wow.... what is her problem? I feel sorry for her. Maybe she has a tough life she can't handle and those things impact her when working which absolutely need to serve. Anyway, nothing could stop our love for Barro's pizza. 🫶 PS: I have been contacted by the General Manager for this and it's been solved very well. It's such not only a tasty food but also tasty experience to order from Barro's Pizza. ♡

  i was just trying to place an order through the phone, first time they picked up and put me on hold for a good while so i just assumed maybe they forgot about me so i called back after a while and they asked if they can put me on hold and i said yes its okay, and they hanged up immediately 😞

  Lunch special rocks it’s a toss it between the chicken supreme and the sausage being my favorite lunch special but for the price and quality of the food and service you cannot beat it

  Pizzas come and go, each city claims its own, every neighborhood has its go to, all folks have a different take, not all pizza is the same. This list can go on and on. But when it comes to legitimate pizza, that’s American style pizza, the traditional pizza that’s a whole different story. Whether a Pizzaphile, Pizzaholic, Pizza Pazzo or just a Piezanno, you have your own choices from deep dish, thin crust, ooey-gooey, traditional, BBQ, white, red, spinach or sausage, for as many pizza pie lover in the U.S. there are more than enough varieties to quench our desire for this American standby stolen from the beloved Italiani. We’ve had our share of pizza in our lifetimes from the great to the not so great, but I tend to be a traditionalist! My wife is not – that’s another story. I love good taste, fresh ingredients, occasional assortment of addons, traditional flavorings, an exceptional doe, a legitimate preparation, maybe some extra goodies – not much. Barro’s Pizza brings this to me. I’m glad we have Barro’s across the state to quench my desires when they erupt. There are a lot of expensive and cheap pizzerias in Arizona, but again, Barro’s brings home the combo of my New York roots with the Chicagoan perfection. Grandi Avventure e muncharé bono.
