But two things… 1- I love the French Onion Sio Sandwich sandwich with the Anjou (Please keep it) 2- nobody expects much “customer service” at fast food drive throughs You just Want to order right and fast. Your employee “Dave” is actually shape shifter. How often does anybody remember the person they give their order to at any fast food drive through ?? (Never) From the moment you place your order at this Arby’s you know you’re not dealing with an indifferent employee. The guy has some class and clearly takes pride in doing the job right. He actually listens (eye county)l makes sure your order is correct. For real. That’s not a big lift , but he’s different and he’s good and he makes you feel good about coming to Arby’s. I don’t do many reviews, but these days I really like to do them when something surprises me like this. Happy to recommend this Arby’s because they get it right probably do so because of guys like Dave who care about getting it right
