  2/3/26 at 12:02 PM. I asked for sweetener for my tea and condiments for my meal at the drive thru. I apparently annoyed the woman at the window for asking for something she should have offered. She had the audacity to roll her eyes at me for asking. Lady (name unknown), please get out of the customer service industry, its clearly not for you.

  Visit 01/31/26 @ 9:30pm: My husband & I visited last night and had a decent experience, however, we came tonight again and had a fantastic experience! The man taking our order must have been a manager because the service was outstanding & he was beyond kind to us. He was friendly & the food ordered was made promptly & even organized in its box so perfectly. The food still felt fresh when we got home. Give the man a raise!

  If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Don't bring your service dogs or dogs in training here. They will force you to leave if you don't have your papers or vest. It's illegal for a restaurant to demand papers or require a vest. Not only did they kick us out, the manager was very rude about it. All while just standing and chilling at the register chatting in an empty restaurant. I'll be going to McDonald's down the street. They are infinitely kinder and have never given me or my dog an issue.

  Just moved to the deer Valley area and this is my local location. Been here three times and each time no one else in the drive-through and have waited five minutes or more for somebody to respond. Have to repeat my order multiple times then asked to pull forward and wait another 10+ minutes to get my food if I wasn’t dealing with a pregnant woman’s craving, I would have gone somewhere else.
